The starting point for the digital transformation journey is the definition of key personas including the insight how they are getting in touch with the brands product (consumer journey). After having decided how to design your touch points we started building the digital eco system consisting of product database, the content management system and the integrated marketing automation tool.

The ready digital platform for the one specific brand can also be used as footprint for other brands in the Group.


We left the project after the first initial steps were taken and cannot see whether the targeted KPI’s really were fulfilled. We can however see from general behaviour in the market place that the chosen strategy was the right one and more and more durable goods companies are starting the digital transformation journey.
